Martha Southwick, FNP
Martha Southwick FNP, has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for more than 20 years. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and currently enrolled in an Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine fellowship. She got her FNP degree from the University of Utah. Specializing in the unique needs of overall health, looking at the body as a whole, Martha has acquired extensive post graduate training in hormone therapy. Combining the knowledge of many fields of healing, intuition and compassion, Martha incorporates a mind, body, spirit and emotional approach to healing. Martha see her clients as people. With her unique skill set, looking past symptoms, diagnosis and limitations, Martha empowers her clients to take choice in their healing journey.
Introducing
Megan Christensen, FNP
Megan has been in the medical field for 17 years. She was a Registered Nurse for 14 years, working in Cardiology for 11 of those years. She completed her nursing degrees from Salt Lake Community College and University of Utah. She decided to go back and get her Master’s degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner from Westminster College in 2019.
In her free time Megan loves yoga, hiking, reading, movies, travel and anything Disney.
She is so excited to be working with Martha at Southwick Integrative Healing. She has personal experience with thyroid disease and seeing how a combination of western medicine and functional medicine help heal a person as a whole. Because of this, she has a passion to heal others with integrative medicine.

Sarina Howard, PA-C
Sarina Howard, PA-C brings you the latest and greatest laser and injection techniques. Her invaluable experience in the cosmetic field and knowledge of facial anatomy has shaped her as an established leader in Utah’s medical aesthetics.
Sarina Howard, PA-C has over 20 years experience in the field of aesthetic medicine and has worked under the auspices of some of the finest, most renowned cosmetic physicians in the industry. Sarina graduated from the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program in 1997 and then completed a one year fellowship in dermatology with an emphasis on laser surgery and aesthetic medicine. She has worked at the California Skin Institute in Encinitas, California with Dr. Mario Yco and at Vincent Surgical Arts with Dr. Drake Vincent in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has taught many physicians and nurses the art of total facial volume restoration aka “the liquid lift” and does extensive laser work for most skin conditions (wrinkles, scars, acne, sun damage, birthmarks). She uses an encompassing approach to give the best overall natural look.
